You are not going to ask for appraisal otherwise you can move to other company you are free to go. Hold the appraisal upto 9 months. No bonus or even sona papadi on diwali

As an employee of Progressive Infotech working at client sites, we want to emphasize that being third-party employees does not make us any less a part of the organization. We, too, should enjoy the benefits of Saturday week-offs, festive holidays, participation in celebrations, fair appraisals, designations, and support from HR and management etc. When we feel included and valued, it drives us to work even harder for our employer. If you have any issue and you want to talk to HR then they will not respond, and you will try again and again but they will not respond, they have much attitude, TL and Managers will not support you on any issue, lot of issues to take leave.Company not provide bonus or any type of gift on any festival.
