As an employee of Progressive Infotech working at client sites, we want to emphasize that being third-party employees does not make us any less a part of the organization. We, too, should enjoy the benefits of Saturday week-offs, festive holidays, participation in celebrations, fair appraisals, designations, and support from HR and management etc. When we feel included and valued, it drives us to work even harder for our employer. Unethical culture with rude HR and admin un trained colleuges and reporting manager don't have any power to take decision and unwanted pressure generating managment for non technical things.in terms of technology oriented support experience person have to depend on vendors and non progressive staff.

Very rude arrogant HR,admin and management persons from delhi office and always they threat you for absconding if your reporting or anyone from the old staff had problems with you.always they threat you by saying they will throw you out from your job or ruin your carrier.

Yes. I m agree and i like company work because companies management is too good and i have improved my knowledge and i have improved my skills so i like this type or work.

Now i m not satisfied because i m working around last 8 months and still working as a backup engineer so i want my manager and any senior person see this so, make me and give me permanent site.
