The company allows all the employees to grow, I think most people are given one or two really great opportunities to grow within their first 6-8 months and if you as a person are able to capitalise it. Then you are fast-tracked for growth. The overall company culture is progressive and their overall intention is to grow along with the employees.

The opportunity-grabbing scenario is also a thing that can act against you, early on in the company you have to be on your footing and make sure you can showcase yourself well. Though these opportunities come both personally and publicly if you don't do much to grab them you'll lose them, and the management is looking for the ones who are not grabbing them and this might act against you.
