You get nothing from here no benefits, no proper work environment, they say it's an IT product company but there's no buyer in here salary won't be credited on time if your an salary dependent never join this company they will treat you as a puppet if they dislike its never an proper product based company. And one main thing you never get your PF credited in your account there are people still who haven't got their PF credited even after 2 to 3 years leaving the company....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Good to work in challenging atmosphere that tends to enhance our interpersonal skills towards the growth of our professional skills.Teammates are supportive and motivating me to think smart and transparent with the clients. There are more opportunities to build the career in predominantly new ideas are welcomed and apprecitable more over the companies policies are good and fair.

Dislikes

On job training there are lot of politics with the senior employees and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is bit a slow. Job training is not given properly to the new comers.

I was struggling a bit in the beginning because there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job on myself by interacting with the external executive previous knowledge on the issue that happening again and again in the website.
