You get nothing from here no benefits, no proper work environment, they say it's an IT product company but there's no buyer in here salary won't be credited on time if your an salary dependent never join this company they will treat you as a puppet if they dislike its never an proper product based company. On job training there are lot of politics with the senior employees and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is bit a slow. Job training is not given properly to the new comers.
