It appears that staff are being exploited and mistreated, with management prioritizing profits over people. (Hari and Naveen) Both of them need improvement in their management skills specially Hari. Neither their problem-solving skills so that issues can`t be resolved quickly and neither their communication skills so that there can`t be good coordination with the team . These people need improvement in their work skills so that there is good collaboration with the team and these people torcher and misbehave with their team and do have the habit of fighting at all and abuse anyone . I don't like anything specific about this company as this company doesn't provide job security to his employee and it's mangers regisgn from company on behalf of there employee and later employee got details about this.

Below point are given which need to clarify with employee when joining Company doesn't provide increments every year as per it's contract. It's old employee are not cooperative. Salary structure is pathetic.
