There is a lot of work satisfaction. Compensation is great. Work life balance is there. I could develop my skills with the help of the audit team members. I improved myself a lot.

Dislikes

Work culture was not that great as in the management needs to be better. And the there is a lot of office politics involved hence the growth factor reduces. Lastly, there is no job security at all.

I didn't like anything about Praxis.

People in Praxis doesn't have work ethics, it lacks a good working environment and the pressure which is built by manager's for no reason is so high that I had to leave the job even before getting any other job.

Everything. You have to be very patient. Otherwise it's really good for freshers and experienced who wishes to learn and grow.

Cafeteria meals. There should be proper meals for employees not everyone is getting meal at 7 am in morning at their pg .

Dislikes

There is too much office politics in office. They try and show something different but the partiality is before our eyes. Your skill set is decided by your training manager who is extremely partial towards only those who doesn't oppose him and just say yes too anything what he says.

work life balance and the company doesn't care about you unless you have worked in Oberoi Hotels or relates with the company. If you have worked in Oberoi then you will be treated a king they wouldn't care if you do not care about maintaining quality or not or if you have made big problems in terms of revenue loss, they still wouldn't care. Terrible work life balance. Not recommend to work there, still you can if you want to try it out yourself. Also they say its 5 days working however its mostly 6 days and you would get a pay for the extra day

My 4 months of experience was pretty good. I enjoyed my department very much. Although my manager couldn't arrange much time for my training yet she tried her best and with my efforts I managed to work well at high time (i.e December till March). But on April 5th they just kicked me out just like that which I hated the most as I wasdoing well and started to like my work but I lost everything with it. As a company its not at all good. When it time of promotion they fire all employees. And Hiring new staff

During covid 19 instead of being a good employer they fire max of employees and start Hiring new employee. Making last employee unemployed and giving jobs to new. Is this company etiquette.

Lot of politics especially with people from Oberoi. Management is really bad and you will be only promoted if you have worked with Oberoi in the past.

Average work profile, they can fire you anytime if they dislike you even if you're doing a good job especially with the upper management and terrible staff hired by them and they will not fire the staff which does terrible work if they are from Oberoi.

I just love the people working over there. Your manager, assistant manager or if I'll talk about supervisor they are always ready to help you out no matter what the situation it is. If your are not well they are ready to extend on behalf of you. If I need to sum-up in a word that would be ' mini-family'.

There no growth in the company. 2nd thing salary issue. You won't get paid well for paid for extending the hours. The ABVP do not value there staff not the CEO over there. If you wanna work good if your wanna leave they are happy to let you go no matter how long it's been you are a part of it. And most importantly the transport department my god they are crazy including the drivers they don't know how to talk with the staff they start scolding you if your 5mins late for the cab....Read More
