Dislikes

- No employee friendly policies. - No cafeteria food for Night shift staffs. - Arrogant and irresponsible management. - Many times leaves are not approved when we wanted. - ALMOST NEGLIGIBLE SALARY HIKE. can you imagine I worked for 1.3 years and I got hike of INR 1500, man, Are they kiddin? - Transport pick up from few metro stations. The work environment is good in here. This is what love the most out of every thing. Our team manager and colleagues are supportive and too good.

Almost everyone is friendly and supportive. Leave approval is comparatively easy. After sales closure you'll get stay at any ITC's 5 star hotels.

Dislikes

Appraisal is poor. And location is a big no. That is Manesar Gurgaon for ITC process.
