- No employee friendly policies. - No cafeteria food for Night shift staffs. - Arrogant and irresponsible management. - Many times leaves are not approved when we wanted. - ALMOST NEGLIGIBLE SALARY HIKE. can you imagine I worked for 1.3 years and I got hike of INR 1500, man, Are they kiddin? - Transport pick up from few metro stations. They only talk in Money. Nothing about mental peace, if you get up from your desk for a min, they start shouting. Even if the customer abuses a girl on call, they don't care. Money is not everything guys. You will find better options. Don't go to Praxis

Almost everyone is friendly and supportive. Leave approval is comparatively easy. After sales closure you'll get stay at any ITC's 5 star hotels.

Dislikes

Appraisal is poor. And location is a big no. That is Manesar Gurgaon for ITC process.
