It is a service based company hence always keeps itself and its employees up to date with market trends in terms of technology. Moreover it is Microsoft partner hence you get hands on with cloud platform Azure. The company tries to treat its employees as family which is good but also is a backdrop as it comes at a cost of professionalism.

Dislikes

As with many places, this company too compromises with policies as and when a situation arises which is not good. The management is too much biased towards company's benefits rather than maintaining a balance between the two.

Work Details

This being small medium size company, we get to involve in full sdlc. My work starts after RFP processing stage untill project delivery to support. I have had opportunity to work under as a developer and also as a mentor to juniors developers.
