What you will do: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Veeva Developer with a strong background in GenAI (Generative AI) to join our dynamic team.
As part of our offshore development initiative, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative Veeva solutions for life sciences, while leveraging AI technologies to enhance our capabilities.
You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and contributing to the development of new products that harness AI and automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities: - Veeva Configuration Development : Design, build, and customize Veeva Vault solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and regulatory requirements.
- GenAI Integration : Leverage Generative AI to enhance Veeva processes, such as automating content creation, document classification, and data analysis.
- End-to-End Solution Delivery : Work on the entire lifecycle of Veeva projects, including requirement gathering, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Customization Enhancements : Develop and implement custom Veeva solutions to meet unique business needs, including workflows, data models, and integrations with other systems.
- Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, product managers, and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- AI-Driven Enhancements : Identify opportunities to integrate AI-driven solutions into Veeva products, including leveraging NLP, data automation, and predictive analytics.
- Quality Assurance Compliance : Ensure that all solutions meet high-quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, FDA, ISO standards).
- Mentorship : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices for Veeva and AI technologies.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Veeva certifications and AI/ML certifications are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva CRM/Vault development and configuration.
- Demonstrated experience with GenAI technologies (e.g., GPT, LLMs) and integrating AI-driven solutions into enterprise systems.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Veeva solutions for the life sciences industry.
