Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

They have amazing data centre across india and have support of NTT now. But few senior people like seema Ambastha and middle managers like rajeev koul people are in miserable state. They have absolutely no understanding of how to utilise the right resources. They believe on whom they feel right for each other. Due to one or two orders which comes as a lead they are surviving otherwise they are on negative if you analyse closely. Absolutely unprofessional, huge politics among senior and middle management , no woman worker especially in banaglore under Rajeev Koul.

I was managing hunting accounts which were would have fired eventually but not immediate. I was un-officially given Kerala transaction to be handled. Though was hired for banaglore. All the best accounts were given to his existing team only.

If really hardwork genuinely working guy also they never promoted .if who talks about all gossips with off off subject knowledge also they will promote these all of what I experienced in the company Note : Here we need to smart talk not hardwork or smart work
