10 hours working including 1 hour break Night shift but no night shift allowance They can switch to you in any process after training ( for example if you selected for customer support but they can sent you in another back office profile)

Gave us a sudden without pay subbatical leave. The company could also shift us to another department. The company did not even give us salary in this subbatical leave and not even terminated from the company but the subbatical period on mail kept increasing every 2 month. Because of this there was loss of time.

Only one thing I like is they had given is to work from home.

Dislikes

Overall rating is 0. As all supervisors in company thinks that they are running this company. They make work compulsory Overtime and not done then markdown in your incentives+ Appraisals. Also asking for leaves they never give it you have to fight for it. Whatever I will speak it will be negative and less.
