I joined this company as a fresher, and worked for more than 2 years, the journey was amazing. The amount of learning I gained from the CSO is beyond the words, he is a great mentor who selflessly teaches you everything he knows be it professional or personal he is always ready to help and support. I will always remember my first company, Power Gummies where I got the best colleagues and mentors.

While working here at Power Gummies, I got to learn a lot. The opportunities management gave me to learn & grow, are beyond writing them here in words, It's that good. Timely appraisal, fun at the office, team outings, employee-to-management bonding, colleagues' friendliness are something that I have to mention about office culture.

After leaving office, colleagues complaining about culture is heart-breaking while they don't mention what was lacking in themselves.

The most terrible company I have ever been with is Power Gummies. The manager’s toxic atmosphere means that females and young girls are often harassed, and comments about their looks are commonly inappropriate. Those in charge of this company include Mr. Kapil Mittal and Mrs. Ankita Chaudhary who cannot efficiently steer the organization to success but seem determined to steal Divij Bajaj’s money for themselves alone. Coercion of staff into working late hours and delaying payment of salaries by 20-25 days without fail are other common practices at Power Gummies. There is nothing to like in Power Gummies. The management is extremely cruel. They don't have proper mindset that how to run a company. Work culture is worst planning and team work is worst. Would not recommend any person to work here.
