The work culture is not as per I wanted.

They change their policies frequently only for their benefits. Appraisal system is very bad. After appraisal they don't give the salary the next month, they give the incremented salary after 2 months. They give good ratings to only a couple of people who are close to senior management. An if you are honest to your work and you don'tdo buttering then you will not get good ratings. If you are on bench they can fire you anytime and they force them to spend time in office more than 9 hours else they fire them....Read More

Management knows their part well and they direct us in the right way. Whenever possible they engage with us and mentor us with productive knowledge. Best thing about them is that they are down-to-earth, and always stays approachable to our needs whenever possible.

Dislikes

We face some technical error interruption. This is uncertain situation, and happens rarely, but whenever it happens, it spoils our work flow.

Leadership effective one, there is unity between us peers, challenging time if u facing then they will help for sure, respect is given. No problem I face till present day

After my selection over here, and the day after I began working here, I came to know about many good benefits that company was offering its employees. I got to know about Health and accidental insurance policy, Car lease facility through company, 20 days of leaves, and few other essential benefits. It’s pretty impressive.

Stressfuk work environment, No time for social life, Poor management , Low appraisal, No hike during promotion, Zero benefits, Required to complete 9 working hours every day even if average time is more than 10 hrs per day, Too much work load, Imbalanced hierarchy: other than few top and senior level 90% of workforce is Analyst i.e. lowest level.
