Great work culture. Everyone is very helpful and the entire team is very open in communication. Teammates are supportive and everyone even the top management are open to ideas.

Nothing much as of now, except the fact that the appraisal cycle is in the second half of the year

The job and my role is very interesting. My manager has been very helpful and a constant support in everything. I learnt quite a lot in the time I have worked at the organisation. It has also given me a chance to learn and implement new things

Company is good but the client for which I was working for is not at all professionals. This is one of the reason I have put my resignation. Company should think about the dignity of their employees.
