Work life balance is given priority and the original Thoughtworkers are great to work with and one gets ro learn a lot from them. Your coding will improve in terms of quality and cleanliness

Hand to mouth clients of the company Hiring mediocre talent reducing the rapport of the brand The HR is absolutely terrible, imagine the utmost incompetent HR ever and then raise that incompetence to atleast 10x. Even whilst bleeding money the senior engineers have time to give speeches than to work and charge billable hours THESE PEOPLE HAVENT GIVEN A HIKE FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS AND HAVE ALREADY HINTED NO HIKES IN 2024 AS WELL.
