Working with good team in Supply Chain,transparency and very easy to reach out to higher management and share the ideas.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but as working in supply chain its very difficult to manage the time zone. The main supplier for equipment/parts & supplies in US and I have to report to my manager at Australia. I have to co-ordinate with US team late in the night and early morning have to attend calls from my manager. Being a supply chain manager not getting timely co-ordination from the sale team for authentic demand forecast and it will impact in inventory management and product cost....Read More
