I can't say there was anything I disliked about working at Pitney Bowes. The company met my expectations in terms of work environment, support, and opportunities for growth. Overall, it was a positive and fulfilling experience.

Work life balance was comparatively better. Salary as per the industry norms.

Once, It used to be a very good company close to my heart, but then came an era of so called, "building leaders". Any individual who gelled well with and waged his/her tale in front of manager, was the next manager. Especially in management there is a race to get promotion and find a stupid who can fit in his/her place.
