Nothing as they don’t have any sort of work culture as well as planning to wrok for instead creating trouble while working specially Regional Manager Heading North & West Division.

Exposure is great. But it comes with a high price of compromising personal life.
Work life balance is zero. For cost optimization, management is concluding multiple tasks from a single person. A person can do overtime for 6 months/1 year, but in pb it is not ending. Every person is working on multiple projects and performing multiple roles, qa, devops, Dev, scrum master. There is no boundary role wise. Management keep ignoring and pushing resources to do multiple things which should be divided in a group of people. So overall exposure is very good, but there is no life here only work.
