There's no pressure for working hours and work itself is very simple rather pathetic

Extreme micromanagement by leaders. There's no sense of personal space. People get very personal with each other making others uncomfortable. No one follows professionalism. Employees talk to each other in extremely downgraded language and abuse each other openly as well. Upper management does not care about such behaviour until youare able to do your allotted work. Talking about work it's nothing but copy paste. For promotions and increments you have to be your manager's pet that will do. Doesn't matter how much effort you are putting into your work and getting good results. Extremely cheap snacks are provided for which most of the employees run for.
