Growth is slow, Managers do not value individuals, No Job Security, Politics

Work Details

The best thing i learned here is only trainings and Project Management skills, I have introduced many standards to the teams and implementation. but there is no recolonization and seniors takes all the fame like what we did they showed it as their work.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
