Friendly workplace, lots of training will provide to your skill enhancement, salary and appraisal will depends on your output and behaviour, every year there's a tour fron you'r team, Poiltics will not stop you if you do your job correct, sometimes you need to stretch to achieve extra.

You have to take training that you already an expert on that. Salary hike once a year. Incentives based on company's growth.

Okay. The only good thing here is team mates. Log mast hain. The will train you things that are irrelevant. Job security is the best. Just stay and listen to everything and you get a great career. Salary is terrible for freshers. But good for people joining as experienced. Travel is zero. However, there is a great chance for freshers to go middle east on deputation. Politics is too high. They treat you like dogs. You will be given the same work alongside a diploma graduate and paid almost the same. The hike for diploma will always be better than an engineer. You will never be appreciated for your work. Overall, no offense intended, if you are a bengali and want to settle down with family, this is heaven. South Indians are highly discriminated. Terrible work culture.

It's a nice place to start your career, if you decided to go with BIM line. Training team is very good here.

Dislikes

There are too much of politics and lobbying here. If you know these things well, then your career here is very bright. Otherwise it will be too much pathetic.The compensation plan is also pathetic(they pay you 30-40% of the standard market rate). For work culture, you should take review from any former employee of Pinnacle before applying there.
