1. Most of the employees are young, dynamic and have learning curve that would help you grow fast at junior level. 2. Onsite opportunities comes often, onsite allowances are less but a lot to learn. 3. 1. The promotion system is very immature: It does not depend on how you performed in the projects, it depends on some stupid exams which are mostly irreverent to work. No interviews are conducted. Your reporting manager have no power in this promotion system. 2. In some teams people face micromanagement problems but I have not encountered this problem.
