No process. Team leads are highly unprofessional. Company does a lot of micro management. Employees do over time without getting paid for the extra hours.

Work will be hectic and the environment is not suitable for fresher candidates. Leads don't train properly. The ambience is worst as well as the location.

Dislikes

Internal politics and work culture makes you feel little uncomfortable while working. Too many people for an individual. Work from home will not be more available.
