Company with no work culture no policy for employee worst company they even don’t have cofee machine in office no proper space for sitting employees are sitting in confreence room. They will fire you at any time no job security here even they will not allow you to serve your notice period and will not pay you for that. Nithing is good about this company. Ask any one in banglore about photon they will tell you the truth about this company how they are depressed with this company. They only think about there self not about the employees.
