Senior level management is not good, No growth, no work life balance. sometime you need to work on Sunday also but you will not get salary for that.

In few project you will get good team made but all meetings are happing in Tamil only if you don't know Tamil then it's really difficult to serve here. No facilities.

Don't expect anything related to outing & team lunch. No team outings, no free food, No Gymnasium. the will provide only health insurance for your parents. But there are lot of opportunity with onside in few project.
