The role can be varied, depending on what section of the company you work in, I was mainly in support production, so typically had to make judgement call on quality of work sometimes. I also did a lot of internal audits and presented the findings, worked on ensuring the corrective actions were closed out, I also assisted with the production investigation of customer complaints.
