Good for beginners to gain experience and for Technical leads to get exposure to new technologies and skill upgrades.Not employee friendly HR policies, work life balance is not there, overload of work for tech jobs.

Projects ranging across domains have come my way as a PM. Crossing over the challenges that came along has been a significant learning. While success has increased the confidence of me and my team, failures have come with a long lasting experience. Collaborating with the top leadership here has been beneficial in more than one ways. The journey has been fascinating till now!

Despite this, they failed to release any offer and completely ignored my follow ups via email and calls. This reflects a severe lack of professionalism and respect for candidates time and efforts. No Job security - they relieved me on the same day without prior intimation they could have intimate me one month before, Short term projects, Long working hours - ends up in late nights , we needs to work a lot after onsite calls which would happen on evenings, Work pressure more in almost all client projects

They are asked to resigned from employees, if employees not resigned they will black mail like not provide feedback and proper experience letters are not given. Here don't have much projects they will recruit 20-30 people per project, if project completed they will terminate

Ha Ha Ha Ha I really thinking for the past 1 year about what is good at this company. May the sword will always be on your head to through you out from the company so that eventually you will work more. Let's say 16/17 hours a day. They are really worried about your health so they will ask to work at the weekend so that you will not spoil your health at the party on the weekend. They don't want you to be stuck in traffic so they will ask you to stay late at night in the office. They really care about your career so they always ensure you focus on the work and will not have enough time for your personal problems. They also care about doctors in Bangalore, so they really ensure that you have at least monthly visits there. In WLB, L is silent. If you are frustrated with your wife, at least you should join because Photon will help you to get rid of your wife. And there are many more.
