Everything No transparency Worst policies , can be manipulated at anytime as per their wish.. wfh wfo policies are rubbish No support from organization Only 20 leaves including festival holidays Notice period to be served 100% from office Appraisals are late by 2 months atleast Appraisals are given 4-5% in fixed salary and 10-15% in variable bonus that comes with a clause of 2-3 years normally

It was a great experience in PharmaACE as this was my first job. PharmaACE training program is very unique and we will be getting many things to learn from the joining day itself. The work culture is also good.

Dislikes

Every company has its own pros and cons. The work schedule disrupts the work life balance as there will be sudden calls setup and sometimes we need to manage the whole project even you have joined as a fresher. The appraisal is also very bad because if you have joined the company as a fresher, there would be a decent salary hike but the 80% of your hike would be put into bonuses and we need to settle that bonus to the company if we don’t serve our tenure....Read More

Pathetic management with habit of underpaying employees. Unless you are the best at political games no use of being in such a company. Has a lovely habit of giving extremely dry promotions. FRESHERS PLEASE STAY AWAY. They will bind you in 3 year bonds which will pay you much less than market and you will be left crying to get corrections after that.

Ekdum raddi jagah hai, chindi company with shit load of bonds on contract and faltu work policies for employees. 20 leaves total, 4 calendar holiday, 4 optional , 1 bday/anniversary. 2 WFH per week. They track no. Of key press in whole day 😒. Bkl company hai.
