Job security is no more. Response from HR is very pathetic. Does not care about bench resources instead for same skill set they recommend external resources but will not consider bench resources. So much discrepancies in salary structure

Employee Friendly, but strict policies. There is a concern, regarding job security, if you’re not into a billable project and you might need yo put down the paper within 60 days.

Dislikes

Very strict policy, you have to raise a ticket even to get a notepad and a pen, you can’t have printer access, even for a small thing they ask for your manger’s approvals.

As growing company it's good but management is different project wise. Some are toxic and some are cool.

Dislikes

No Proper appraisal, no work life balance left. No job security left. Just work or get ready to layoff. Why to come to office if you have to work 12 hrs a day.

The only good thing in Persistent Systems is the wfh flexibility but you have to pay the price for that.

I cant mention 1 or 2 things because everything is bad in this company. Your career depends upon your lead/manager who are good for nothing. Whenever you gets stuck at something you will be asked to do it but at the same time your so called technical lead womt help you and ask you to Google it. You will not get any help on anything but your appraisal will be done on 1 or 2 mistakes which you have done in the complete appraisal cycle irrespective of 1000 good works you have done....Read More

Very cheap mentality of the company management. They will overburden you woth work, but not spend a penny to get you some help. Only sees employees as resource, not at all as a human. No empathy, no sympathy. Utter cheap and money minded people in Management- top tier to middle tier to last rung of people managers. Stay away from this company if you want peace of mind and normal health.

They will hire you on project basis. If project called off before deployed on project then they put you on bench. After one month they will tell , there is bench policy if you are on bench for some period of time then will ask you to resign. Without matching profile they will schedule interviews. They are are so many internal issues you will get to know after joining the company.

If you cannot sort the repeated numbers or characters in an array during internal project interview you are unfit for the job If the client complaint about even a slight delay in work delivery if the work is related to research and you have no prior knowledge about it, the group manager will call you.
