Job security is average. Every where it is quite common that fight will happen between employees so few employees will do buttering to managers and few don't like to do it and they may some times react but that should not be the reason of firing putting in PIP. In india hardly 3 people do good work out of 10. in that 3 get paid for not allowing others to do there work. HR say we are firing because you was not good in last three projects....Read More
