The good infrastructure setup like desks, pantry, canteen etc.

Dislikes

There is no up skilling process in company. The resourcing team don't have projects to allocate to the employee. The resourcing team always trying to allocate project having dufferent skill set on which employee have zero experience. The project manager are always aggressive with team members. The project manager gives the salary loss fear, so that senior employee think to quit company.

Persistent heard and takes care of its employees. The food, the facilities are amazing. It thinks about small things which at times could be of great help (for eg: air filling stations, EV charging points). All the people around are very friendly and helpful. It's an amazing environment overall.

I think the raise could be better.
