The work culture in Nagpur Persistent is terrible. Seniors dominate. They have sir madam culture throughout at Nagpur location. Lateral joiners are not treated with respect. The project allocation team is not satisfactory and is the worst department. Too much office politics and partial behaviour.

Worst work culture, no work life balance, lack of professionalism, they are having very cheap clients who expect you to work day and night even if you are highly productive. No process followed in this company. It's fooling people in the name of MNC. Managers never support. Apart from that the cafeteria only serves at specific timings and very limited items. In some projects manager and leads are to adamant to listen the problems of developer and creates mental pressure unnecessarily. Unrealistic timeline are given which results in escalation. Career growth is very slow and very less onsite opportunities.

Since it's a part of tech park, there is no cultural activities conducted. There is no entertainment. And office location in Bangalore is in sarjapur road making it difficult to travel

Only good thing about this company is, Persistent University.. Training department.. Cheaters in CTC Promised and actual first month salary is different.. 42000 gets deducted from your salary ( it is applicable to ALL employees) for the so called free food and evening snacks.. VERY SMALL DURATION PROJECTS.. VERY LESSER KNOWN CLIENTS.. Promotions from MODULE LEAD to team Lead will take at least 5 years service in persistent and still it is not surety. No Onsite... And even it is only for the employees who have been in the company for longer time... The main HR is the sister of Company CEO.. IN FACT whole company is a relatives group.. Everyone gets fooled by the big name and the big offices but reality is persistent systems is nothing more than any other small scale Indian company... There are only 7000 employees and this company is started in the year of 1995 or something.. No bonus, no comp off, no overtime payments.. Rude managers, HRs don't care about employees rather their only job is to convey the management decisions to employees. I can go on and on...Read More
