It’s a nice company to work with. They provide food and work from home benefits in hybrid model. There will be pressure to perform in recruitment team. Work life balance is difficult to maintain in recruitment team.

Good company if you like working 7 days a week, 15 hours a day and if say yes to everything told to you without asking why and how. Go figure it out.
There is no human value here as they don't care. They will make your work even on Saturday and Sunday with no life only work be it 10 am or 10 pm, 7 days a week and everything is urgent, its a chaos.

If you are lateral joining, make sure you get the designation you expect or a higher because progression might be easy but promotion is totally upto the project and hr policies. Even if you deserve, you cannot expect to get it that easily. Job security is there till you have a project allocated. You will have many options for project selection when you are on bench however location can vary.

There’s one manager name Tejmani Singh is he unprofessional and talk very rude with everyone and he takes disadvantage of his position. Talk unprofessionally with girls too . Good for People who prefer government job like environment where People take breaks at the same time, Talk loudly , talk in regional languages, no Manager manages the floor to maintain the decorum.
Forced food payment. Poor Infrastructure, unprofessional managers, teams, you'll not feel like you're working in a MNC. The clients they have for Service Line, are tiny ones so no security there too. Anytime you'll be moved to bench.

Nothing is to be liked at this organization.
Worst job sequrity. You will be forced to resign on call itself by HR at any time if you are on bench for 30- 60 days only. Please stay away from this organisation if you want a job sequrity and peaceful work life . No policy is employee friendly.Very disappointing work culture and deployment at client side. You can discontinued at any time from the project and get fired by lala company.

Below are my concern that I found problem in Persistent. Low salary, changing company culture, job security, long notice period, tremendous work pressure, very long working hours, travel policy, relocation policy, onsite policy (e.g. job loss or return to base location if unbilled for two weeks only, no accommodation in initial days) etc.
