Management Issues: There have been instances of inappropriate behavior by managers, particularly towards female employees, which is deeply concerning. They can pay Good so don't hesitate in asking more but there after not benefits.

Most Managers and Team leads are non tech doesn't have idea about industry they work. No Vision. No carrer growth. For no reason company name changes and HR doesn't give any answer.

The organisation has room to grow!

The organisation needs improvement in multiple aspects - culture, communication, setup and following of processes. At the current setup, it lacks direction and culture to keep it sustainable. Hiring and firing seems to be a rut that HR and management is stuck in.

The only thing that is good is that you get to learn from amazing leads and seniors, depends on the project. Work pressure is not that much.

Worst management, worst managers. No appreciation for work done. No proper system of working. So much of politics. Micromanagement. No flexibility for work. You will find the worst HRs in this company only. Very less salary, no hikes. No job security, you might get last working day mail out of blue. No proper projects.
