compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend to clint calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. managers do not v alue an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my clint, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid - year appraisals. Also, there is no on - Job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step- by - step, which is a pain sometimes....Read More

Work Details

I worked as a HR executive. I maintained daily reports of all sites. Maintained records, make salary sheet & salary slip, make daily attendance sheet of associate, all types of documentation work, recrutment process, conducting interview, telecalling.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
