The exposure to various clients via meetings, conversations and overall dealing is quite valuable, especially when you're new to the industry. Initial grooming is really nice, but after that you cannot expect much of it & that is when the real struggle begins.

Improper assignment of tasks - you won't necessarily have the training given for the work you've been assigned. Spontaneous workload can lead to working overtime and can in turn disturb the work-life balance. Salary is below average & is given at/around the 15th of the next month (w.r.t. date of joining).
