While working in Parkar as a senior resource with exp more than 7.5 years, there is nothing too good to think about Parkar. As employees, they will be asked to work on multiple projects without prior training and experience. The data engineering guy will work on cyber security documentation of other projects and he has to work for 13 to 14 hours. Management is biased. Team managers are not up to mark.
