It was good experience.

Dislikes

Nothing at all, just the training part and some assessments should also taken while going for OJT. There is no culture of providing Denial training here. So there must refresher for everyone who joining.Also atleast 20-30 days of Process training must given before OJT.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
