Somehow not every employee of Pacific management is having the injustice kind of nature but one or two employee is having a very huge kind of injustice nature because of whom I have been truely terminated, This is the actual truth that I have not given any resignation.

Great please to work and learn things to prosper , Management is Upto the mark Never gone a day where I haven’t hated from my manager or HR in my tough times , It is a great place to work at and a great company to work for They gave to new meaning to “ we are a family “ Hr policies are just outright amazing These are my honest reviews , I am very vocal with what I feel 😊😊😊

Like other offices we have some “ managers’s tattes “ here who will spoil your mood and your ability to work , but if u could ignore them you will find here a very happy and an amazing work culture

Work life balance is average. I would not say good because the supervisors often ask you to work in the weekends though it is paid.

Salary and promotions is very disappointing. I worked for 2 and half years in the company but both the appraisals were very poor even though I was exceeding expectations in my work. But the percentage hike was really very poor

It's hard for me to think about liking, mostly days I have to work from office in my week offs I have to work from home I am doing 7 days work from past 3-4 months

Cab services they provide cabs like Eeco which is not comfortable. Office working culture is not good as I have mentioned above Team meetings are horrible as the supervisor usually Do not know how to address team Wifi bills and overtime payment usually do not received and you can't do anything about it. Work pressure is the most terrible thing in this organisation.

You get to learn everything here, awesome work life balance, seniors are supportive as well except for 2/3 people, politics is present as well but overall is a good company to work for, and salary is a little less as compared to market standards.
