Nothing people are very rude they don’t know how to talk with people management is worst not supportive at all

HR management is worst, threatening/imposing employees to leave the organisation, worst people from HR team is Pooja Whig, Tanya Tanwar, Anupam Kumari Jha and most manipulative and liar is Nitin Shersia from HR team entire management is working like they don’t have own spine in their body

Work life balance is average. I would not say good because the supervisors often ask you to work in the weekends though it is paid.

Salary and promotions is very disappointing. I worked for 2 and half years in the company but both the appraisals were very poor even though I was exceeding expectations in my work. But the percentage hike was really very poor

It's hard for me to think about liking, mostly days I have to work from office in my week offs I have to work from home I am doing 7 days work from past 3-4 months

Cab services they provide cabs like Eeco which is not comfortable. Office working culture is not good as I have mentioned above Team meetings are horrible as the supervisor usually Do not know how to address team Wifi bills and overtime payment usually do not received and you can't do anything about it. Work pressure is the most terrible thing in this organisation.

You get to learn everything here, awesome work life balance, seniors are supportive as well except for 2/3 people, politics is present as well but overall is a good company to work for, and salary is a little less as compared to market standards.
