I learn many of things from company. You will get best knowledge.

Dislikes

There is no time limit to work in office. You have to come office earlier but go after 9 a clock. No one stay more than 6 month there. Salary most of the time is late. There is no peace in your life

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
