They are random there process every year... Job security horrible. Manage not good. Tl gopal sir is help full. Quality analysis arpita is horrible.. Every month last week they are ask for over time but no payout for this extra time. Employees did not got there Week Off properly. Horrible place .

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. They giving me some work at home & some days calling at company. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every month during covid-19
