I recently left the job due to following reasons : actually i was working for L AND T FINANCE COLLECTION PROCESS from home. I tried to give 100 percent productivity and also given it. But now at the last of jun month TL forcing to get back for work from office but that was impossible for travelling from titwala to bhandup in covide19, but TL said clint asking 100 percent login from office other wise resign to agent who are working from home. So that's way i left the job , and that is bad experience about pace setter. So there is no job security, Kindly note it and i request to company if anybody not able to work from office so pls continue him for Work from home, But i wold like to say that in the company, there are some senior persons, which are my idle for my next future, nature is so good of pace setter. my job and work were in good condition, till lockdown and after that just worked for 3-4 months and then they started complaining about my works that they are not satisfied or I'm not doing my sufficient job, they gave warning sometimes and you guys know how does this work right!! I tried to do my best always.. so my manager used tocall me sometimes and tell that you have to come to office otherwise lose the job, as my office was in Bhandup and I live in Ambarnath thane dist, it was not possible for me to travel as there were no local trains working and it was very risky too to travel through cabs etc. July 2020 lost my job still searching for a job as my qualifications are low finding struggle to get the job..
