Dislike about pace is sallary,if company gives starting 8k to 10k in every process no one go in another company to do the work,

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
