It has a Good scope for people who are undergraduate and who just have skill of speech and customer convincing otherwise the timings are not stable nor the salary is according to the target and pressure provided by TLs Week Offs are uncertain and due to which sustaining in Pace is difficult
Dislikes
To be honest people there are friendly
The main issue is with the timings and week offs both are uncertain and due to which sustainment at pace is difficult
The pay is not sufficient according to the work done by agents

Work culture was good. Satisfying training . Give chance's to improve yourself.
Dislikes
Not giving incentive , lots of politics, not giving chance to growth in Career . Salary is less for experienced people also.not giving any benifit.
