It's horrible. They didn't give me any notice before ask me to discontinue in March when the covid-19 situation started. My February performance was much better even. Till now they are not giving me my offer letter, reliving letter and salary slip.

Fake Promises, never given offered salary and incentive after achievement of targets. Only one TL extend the shift till 8 PM from 9:30 AM, rest of TL can leave without completing their shift hour. No leave can given who handle 13M. Manager souting on floor . TL work like a MIS and also they ask manage 50 associate team with proper Productivity. HR is leir and their is so much politics.
