The positive thing that I like about this company is that I have been learning throughout since the day I joined here. I am truly grateful to be a part of this incredible team that I am currently working with. The Team leaders that I have been assigned to previously and currently are truly amazing at what they do and very hardworking. I have the best colleagues with whom I enjoy working here.

The thing that I don't appreciate is being micromanaged. We are constantly under pressure of being observed and managed accordingly as per the manager's needs. They put it as a form of improvement but it rather reflects as the opposite. We don't have the basic amenities of receiving any legal documents of appraisal or salary slip for each month. We need to provide a valid reason as to why we need these documents which I feel is very disregarding....Read More
