OTS Solutions is the worst company i have ever worked with, so called founders and CEO are arrogant and rude and holds a labour mentality. treats their employees like their servants. their is no work life balance and even you've to work on Saturday and Sunday sometimes. old and boring projects and their is no appraisals and bonus. just work work and work. they can fire you without any notice they can delay your FNF they can do anything. basically they have cheap mentality. company is full of politics everybody is their to pull your legs. don't go with 5 stars reviws and pizza party pictures on linkedin it's a trap and to fool new joiners. and on worst case scenario if you've joined this company stay away from a guy bunny gupta he is a snake and bootlicker of founders....Read More

The company is facing multiple issues such as a lack of new projects, a disorganized process, and a lack of effective leadership. Despite claiming over 20 years in the industry, they have fewer than 60 employees, and there are numerous undelivered projects. Clients are frustrated and desperate for delivery, while employees are unhappy due to delayed appraisals, irregular working hours, and a poor work-life balance. The introduction of monitoring software, such as Insightful, for productivity tracking can also be seen as intrusive. Beware of the misleading reviews posted by recent joinee, Ots mandates recent hires to post favorable reviews on platforms such as Glassdoor, Google, and Ambition Box within a mere 15 days of joining – a desperate ploy to mask the undeniable disarray that plagues this sinking ship." It has been a month since I've joined OTS solutions and am really amazed by the great work culture and employee friendly working space. Organisation have extremely knowledgeable staff, team leads and managers who will always help you to grow. IT and HR teams are very supportive.
