salary will be credited correctly. Easy interview process. Good company ambiance.

Dislikes

There is nothing new to study. Using outdated technologies.Office polictics is there. Lower increment packages. There are a bunch of senior officials who are not good at treating the fellow team mates. Will give you lot of work pressure with fake delivery deadlines.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
